Over the next two months, a different seasonal dish awaits you every week – full of autumnal aromas, intense flavours and exceptional sauces 

And starting today: 

→ Stuffed cabbage rolls with wild boar and buckwheat in a creamy porcini mushroom sauce with lovage – a unique blend of forest aromas and homely flavours 
→ Chicken in a green pepper and Gorgonzola sauce – tender meat in a velvety, full-flavoured sauce, with a spicy hint of green pepper perfectly balancing the intense, creamy flavour of Gorgonzola
